NOTE: Qt no longer actively maintains these packages.
Pkgs ported for users but upstream developers should be DISCOURAGED continued use.
dev-qt/qtchooser - restore removedUser on discord identified catpkg as dependency to KDE ebuild.
CatPkg was removed as part of migration to qt-kit.
Commit adds need files from Gentoo git and restores CatPkg to Funtoo tree.

dev-qt/qt-docs - supress elog messagingebuild has nested for-loop structure to generate SRC_URI listing from
user-selected qt components. Generation is outside of normal ebuild
funtions. For each loop iteration, a log message is emitted showing
the generated uri from templates and paramenters. Noisy.
Removing 'elog' SRC_URI message.

qt-kit - version 5.12.7-release*** All Python 2.7 references have been removed.
*** All ebuilds have headers updated to current year.
NOTE: PyQt (RiverbankComputers.com) is updating their sip packaging.
Next release will involve a massive jump in major version number (v12.7.x)
